How much will my custom branding and/or website project cost?
Due to the fact that each and every business is unique in its stage, mission, structure and budget, we develop a customized proposal for each of our clients as part of our initial consultation. During the initial consultation, I ask specific questions to better understand how exactly our team can help you achieve your project goals. Marketing services vary across the board, depending on the scope of work agreed upon, but our clients have typically invested in a range from $5k to $15k+
For more budget conscious brands and businesses who are just getting their businesses started, we also offer Branding + Website Intensives.
How long will my project take?
Similar to the response above, our first step will be to schedule a meeting with you and your team to understand your needs before we can accurately determine the time it will take to complete the project. Branding design typically takes 8-10 weeks and branding + web design ranges from 3-4 months. For smaller marketing and graphic design projects, we offer half day and full day rates. Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! I understand the need for financial flexibility as a small business. For branding and web, projects I require a 33% deposit of the total project cost to begin work. However, if you need some different options, I can certainly work with you to the best of our ability. For marketing and graphic design services that are paid monthly, a payment structure will be determined in the contract phase of the agreement.
Can you use our existing branding to design and develop our website?
In order to provide my clients with the most effective return on their investment, I currently only offer web design and development services to clients who have worked with me to develop their branding from the start. I believe that branding is the building block for your entire marketing strategy, so your first step in working with me to either create or refresh your brand is to fill out our contact form.
Can I just hire you for a logo design?
As you’ll see us preach about often on my social media channels, a brand is SO much more than a logo. A standalone logo cannot deliver the full branding experience that attracts your ideal clients and customers to engage with you. Providing you with only a logo would be doing a disservice to you and your business. After all, I am here to make sure your business gets the attention that it deserves!
I don’t see the marketing service that I need listed. Can I still apply to work with you?
Yes, please fill out the contact form and provide as much detail as you can as to what you are looking for. If I don’t currently offer this service or don’t have the capacity, we have a whole network of other businesses to which we’d be happy to refer you!
Do you offer refunds?
Before any work begins or payment is accepted, I will work with you to determine the exact project deliverables and schedule, agreed upon by both parties and bound by a formal contract. I work with my clients every step of the way to make sure that they are satisfied with our level of service and work. At this time, the services that I offer are entirely digital and therefore, nonrefundable.
